In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that MARY ROSE DELA TORRE DELFIN, has filed with this Office a petition for change of first name from “MA. VILLA” to “VILLA” in the Birth Certifi cate of MA. VILLA SALAYA DELA TORRE, who was born on November 17, 1960 in Burias, Mambusao, Capiz and whose parents are JESUS MAÑAPAO DELA TORRE and GLECERIA LABITAN SALAYA.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
