ROXAS CITY—Consumers of the Metro Roxas Water District (MRWD) can pay their bills in four installments if they cannot afford to pay, General Manager Gonzalo Glen Delgado said recently.
In the May 5 edition of the Governor’s Update on the Capiz Kabalaka Information Center Facebook page, Delgado saiud that they have implemented the scheme since March 20.
Payments at the start of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) until General Community Quarantine (GCQ) can pay as low as 25 percent for down payment and pay the rest for three months.
Delgado added that low water pressure cannot be avoided in places of higher elevation at night due to repairs and other maintenance measures.
Delgado also encouraged consumers to call their office at (036) 6210-737 on leakage, illegal connections and other concerns.
