In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in the Implementation of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice is hereby served to the public that AZUCENA P. MARTIRIZAR has filed with this Office a Petition for entry in Child’s date of birth from “February 9, 1974” to “February 6, 1974” in the Certificate of Live Birth of ASUCENA DIPON PEREZ who was born on February 9, 1974 at Daga, Panay, Capiz and whose parents are Ernesto PEREZ and CENDERILA DIPON.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than 04/26/2025.
