The Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) deployed 1,327 cops for the May 2025 midterm elections.

“Our duty is to protect the integrity of the electoral process,” said Police Colonel Albert D. Tapulao.

“Let us serve with discipline, neutrality, and a profound sense of duty,” Tapulao reminded the cops during the deployment at Camp Teodorico C. Apil in Roxas City this week.

These cops are going to be present in polling precincts and other key areas of the municipalities of Cuartero, Dao, Dumalag, Dumarao, Ivisan, Jamindan, Maayon, Mambusao, Panay, Panitan, Pilar, Pontevedra, President Roxas, Sapian, Sigma, Tapaz, and the capital Roxas City.

“The large-scale deployment underscores our dedication to maintaining peace and order during the elections and serves as a reassurance to the public that their safety and security are paramount,” added Captain Merry Chris Dela Cruz, chief of the CPPO’s Public Information Office.
