T-25621; AREA: 80,291 Square meters; That in the Memorandum of Encumbrances the said property was entries of annotations is subject of the Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Estate with Special Power of Attorney that an area of 6.00 has. (60,000.00 sqm) were segregated and deducted from 80,2911.00 sqm., of the property by virtue of the Deeds of Voluntary Transfer that the deceased left covered only 20,291 sqm.
