Notice is hereby given that the property of the late OSCAR B. ATIENZA and MARIA ADAME ATIENZA described as: LOT 2806-I; TCT NO. T-12986; LOCATION: Brgy. Ambilay, Panitan, Capiz; AREA: 66,052 Square meters; is subject of Joint Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estates to their heirs; the heirs, hereby agree to adjudicate, as they hereby adjudicate, among themselves, the above-described real property in equal shares and except GREGORIO ADAME ATIENZA and CHRISTOPHER PARCON, they hereby waive their respective shares for being disinterested, thus making the shares of remaining heirs: PRESCILA ADAME ATIENZA-GUTIERREZ, PROCESO ADAME ATIENZA, and VICTORIOSO “VICTOR” ADAME ATIENZA equal at 1/3 share.
