SM Foundation’s Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) program delivered food packs to hundreds of families severely affected by Tropical Storm Ramil in Roxas City, Capiz.
The storm hit the city on October 18, bringing significant impact to Barangays Bolo, Lawaan, Sibaguan. Through the efforts of SM City Roxas, the Kalinga Packs were swiftly distributed to 672 affected families.
As SM Foundation’s disaster response initiative, OPTE operates in partnership with SM Supermalls and SM Markets, providing immediate assistance to communities during emergencies and natural disasters.
