The façade of the new Provincial Capitol at Pueblo de Panay in Roxas City will host the opening of the Paskwa sang Maragtas on December 1, 2025.
On its third year, Governor Fredenil “Oto” Castro will lead the simple, but meaningful opening ceremony of Paskwa sang Maragtas.
Alphonsus “Al” Tesoro, chief of the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (PTCAO), said that Capizeños should still commemorate the Christmas season even despite of all the calamities because it celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ.
Through a collective ideas and series of meetings with mayors and municipal tourism officers, a number of activities have been lined up to bring the Christmas spirit to the Capizeños.
