Persons with disabilities (PWDs) and children in the Municipality of Sigma were once again beneficiaries of a recent gift-giving by Randy’s Empire and Ranelo Isiderio Foundation.
Around 500 PWDs and children were gathered at Vicente Andaya National High School last January 10, 2026 as they received received food packs, flashlights, transistor radios, chocolates, and cash assistance.
Not only were they able to eat Jollibee food, but they were also delighted and enjoyed the presence of the Jollibee mascot.

On its 4th consecutive year, Ma. Carmona Avaricio Villamayor shared that it is the continued commitment of Randy’s Empire and Ranelo Isiderio Foundation in helping vulnerable sectors of the community.

Aside from the annual gift-giving activity, Randy’s Empire and Ranelo Isiderio Foundation have also provided monthly grocery assistance to 80 PWD beneficiaries. This year, they target to increase the beneficiaries to 130.
Last year, Randy’s Empire and Ranelo Isiderio Foundation also distributed 1,300 food packs and 600 pairs of slippers to beneficiaries as they further demonstrated expanding the outreach program.
Villamayor said that the main objective of Randy’s Empire and Ranelo Isiderio Foundation are to provide sustainable support to children with special needs and to families with members who have physical or intellectual impairments as well as helping improve their quality of life and promote inclusivity within the community.
