Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late Edilberto Bartolo, leaving a parcel of land described as follows: Lot No. 1, Block 3, Psc-2015-C-2-C-3-B, TCT No. 097-2014000091, Area: 1,500 sq.m. more or less, situated at Brgy. Bato, Roxas City, Capiz, is subject on Extra-Judicial Settlement with Deed of Absolute Sale by their heirs. That in the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties have agreed to adjudicate among themselves the above-mentioned property. Likewise, they do also hereby Sell, Cede, Transfer and Convey absolutely and unconditionally the said property with the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,500,000.00) Philippine Currency in favor of the said Vendees, Spouses June B. Jordan and Rodelyn V. Jordan. Entered as per Doc. No. 155, Page No. 32, Book No. LX, Series of 2025 under the Notary Public of Atty. Ferdinand Y. Samillano, for and in the City of Roxas.
