CLAVATON has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First Name from “MARIA VICTORIA” to “MA. VICTORIA” in the Birth Certificate of MARIA VICTORIA ERECSIMA AVELINO born on Sept. 24 1969 at Home, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Salvador C. Avelino and Verginia A. Erecsima. Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
