Act No. 9048, notice is hereby served to the public that LOMA VALGOMERA BERNALES, has filed with this office for petition for Change of First Name from “MARIA LOMA” to “LOMA” and Date of Birth from “JANUARY 18, 1968” to “JANUARY 14, 1968” in the birth certificate of “MARIA LOMA VILLAREAL VALGOMERA” who was born on JANUARY 14, 1968 at Agmalobo, Ivisan, Capiz and whose parents are MANUEL DELOS SANTOS and DAMACENA FLORES VILLAREAL.
Any person adversely affected by said petition with this office may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days after the last publication of this office.
