The Capiz Provincial Government under Governor Fredenil “Oto” Castro has backed the Measles-Rubella Immunization program of the Department of Health (DOH-6).The governor joined DOH-6 Director Dr. Mar Wynn Bello, UNICEF Health Specialist Dr. Carla Ante-Orozco, WHO Consultant Dr. Anthony Omoko, DOH Epidemiology Bureau Chief Dr. Gerna Manatad, and Capiz PHO Head Dr. Ramon Alex Nolasco in the ceremonial immunization as well as giving out vitamins at the Circulo Convention Center in Roxas City last August 6, 2026.
