O R D E R
In a verified petition filed through counsel petitioner ARNULFO BABAS SALCEDO prays that after due notice, publication and hearing, judgment be rendered ordering the Municipal Civil Registrar of President Roxas, Capiz and the Civil Registrar General, Philippine Statistics Authority, Manila to correct the entry in the Certifi cate of Live Birth of the petitioner particularly his date of birth from “June 30, 1964” to “June 30, 1966”.
Finding the petition sufficient in form and substance, the same is hereby set for hearing on 27 May, 2021 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, at the Session Hall of this Court, Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Hall of Justice, Roxas City.
Let this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz, to afford any or all persons claiming any right or interest in the entry whose correction is sought to file any opposition prior to the date of hearing.
Furnish copy of this Order to the Solicitor General, the Municipal Civil Registrar of President Roxas, Capiz, Civil Registrar General/Philippine Statistics Authority, Manila, the petitioner and his counsel.
