Some 120 policemen in Capiz have been promoted to higher ranks.
The oathtaking and pinning of ranks, held at Camp Apil in Roxas City recently, was led by Col. Julio Gustilo Jr., police provincial director.
Gustilo lauded his men for their dedication to police service.
He also expressed his appreciation to their contribution to the accomplishments of the provincial police.*
