Lieutenant General Antonio G. Nafarrete, commanding general of the Philippine Army, was the guest speaker during the 52 nd anniversary of the 3rd Infantry Division (3ID) at Camp Peralta in Jamindan, Capiz last May 1, 2026.
Major General Michael Samson, 3ID commander, later joined Nafarrete in awarding medals to
soldiers involved in successful combat operations against New People’s Army (NPA) rebels.
