Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late BALTAZAR SAN FELIX and LOURDES G. SAN FELIX, has left parcel of lands known as Lot No. 3183, PLS-998 covered by OCT No. P-11287, containing an area of 39, 141 Sqm., more or less; Lot No. 3185, PLS-998 covered by OCT No. P-11385, containing an area of 13, 073 Sqm., more or less; Lot No. 3186 covered by OCT No. P-11337, containing an area of 36,637 Sqm., more or less and Lot No. 3194 covered by OCT No. P-11447, containing an area of 33,660 Sqm., more or less. That pursuant to Rules 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, the above named heirs,
do hereby adjudicate among themselves the above described estate by means of DEED OF EXTRA JUDICIAL ADJUDICATION WITH PARTITION AMONG HEIRS with the request that the said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as provided by the Rules of Court. That by virtue of the said
Deed of Extra Judicial Adjudication with Partition Among Heirs, the parties, as co-owners and co-heirs, hereby AGREED and BIND themselves to have the said parcel of land, be PARTITIONED and DIVIDED SHARES, with paramount consideration that their corresponding shares be taken and designated wherein
