THE most wanted criminal in the Municipality of Ivisan was arrested.
The Ivisan Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Ruby Magallanes successfully arrested the suspect last February 20, 2023 at Barangay Poblacion Norte.
The suspect, whose name was withheld, has a warrant of arrest for carnapping issued by
Judge Lorencito Belo Diaz of the Regional Trial Court (RTCBranch 17) based in Roxas City.
The court has set a bail of P300,000 for the suspect.
The suspect was turned over by the Ivisan police to RTC-Branch 17 to face the case for allegedly violating the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016. (Ivisan PNP)
