Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES ANTONIO O. OQUENDO and YOLANDA D. OQUENDO, has left a properties known as Lot No. 957-D, Csd-06-009818 covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-19054, situated in Binuntucan, Pontevedra, Capiz, containing an area of 9,250 Sqm., more or less and Lot No. 27 and the improvements thereon covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 394897, situated in Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City, containing an area of 240 Sqm., more or less. Pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the Heir hereby adjudicates further unto herself the abovementioned real properties by means of this Addendum and hereby file the same with the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Capiz and Registry of Deeds for the City of Antipolo with the request that the adjudication be effective without judicial proceedings.
