Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late TEOFILA C. OCBINA, has left a parcel of land
known as Lot No. 7-B, Psd-061914- 024215, covered by TCT No. T-31206, situated in Brgy. Baybay, Roxas City, Capiz, containing an area of 258 sqm., more or less. That pursuant to the applicable law and rules, Angelito C. Ocbina hereby adjudicate unto himself all rights and properties in the form of the above-mentioned parcel of land and other benefi ts stated above belonging to the estate of the above-mentioned deceased by means of the affidavit and file the same with the appropriate office with the
request that said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed by applicable law and rules. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Don Wade B.
