by TCT No. T-39153, situated in Brgy. Ilaya, Ivisan, Capiz, containing an area of 560 Sqm., more or less; Savings Deposit Account with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) with Account No. 00-5-08120-775-5, amounting to P513,538.83
(Philippine Currency) and Savings Deposit Account with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) with Account No. 0471-1412-67, amounting to P615,017.62 (Philippine Currency). That invoking Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, JAYDEN UBAS GASPAR (sole heir), hereby adjudicate unto herself
