Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late GETRUDES H. FALLE and EDWIN C. FALLE, leaving a parcel of land covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-15539 issued by Kagawaran ng Kapaligiran at Likas na Kayamanan, Rehiyon Blg. VI, Kaloob na Patente Blg. 061904-97-971, Area: 11, 062 sq.m. more or less. That during the transfer of ownership of the said land unto the heirs, the Registry of Deeds of the Province of Capiz discovered that the spouse’s name of Analie F. Uñada and her other married siblings were not stated in the said Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate. That the heirs executed an Affidavit of Declaration to attest to the truth of foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may serve. Entered as per Doc. No. 519, Page No. 105, Book No. II, Series of 2026 under the Notary Public of Atty. Joseph S. Gotera, for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz.
