Notice is hereby given that LOYD L. PASIGNA was the registered owner of (1) one unit vehicle described as; MAKE: MITSUBISHI; TYPE OF BODY: FB BODY; ENGINE NO.: 4D56AAG9094; CHASSIS NO.: PAEL35MYDCB013466; PLATE NO.: FHU350 and C.R NO.: 27727240. That the original copy of the said Certificate of Registration issued by the LTO was lost despite of diligent searched exerted by the owner to locate the said C.R. it could no longer be found and considered as loss. He hereby undertake the certificate of registration of the above-described vehicle was not confiscated by lawful authorities for violation of traffic rules and also it was not encumbered to secure any mortgage loan and he hereby render the LTO/Highway Patrol Group its officers and employees free and harmless from any liability that may rise from their issuance of new certificate of registration for said vehicle.
