Notice is hereby given that MARIA LEA VALDEVIESO, was the owner of one (1) unit Toyota motor vehicle with Motor No. DG31806; Chassis No. MHFM1BE2F8K016886; Plate No. 062003 and C.R. No. 21730965. That the owner’s copy of Certificate of Registration (CR) of
the said motor vehicle was lost and despite of diligent efforts exerted by the owner to locate the said CR, it could no longer found and considered as lost. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Luvim D. Amores, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz on March 07, 2022 as per Doc. No. 343, Page No. 70, Book No. XXV; Series of 2022.
