with Plate No. FVX265; Chassis No. EVER-91-2748; Engine No. 4D30-217711 and O.R. No. 0636-33752 issued on 05-31-2021. That the owner’s copy of Certificate of Registration of the said vehicle was lost and despite of diligent efforts exerted by the owner to locate the said CR, it could no longer be found and considered as loss. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Luzermindo A. Calmorin, a notary public for the Province and City of Iloilo on December 1, 2022 as per Doc No. 83; Page No. 18; Book No. 62; Series of 2022.
