Notice is hereby given that JULIUS M. DRILLON was the owner of one (1) unit of HYUNDAI motor vehicle with Plate No. WBV510; Chassis No. KMJFD37APVU295249; MVRR No. 1731506943; Motor No. D4BT236436 and File No. 1324- 00000040193. That the owner’s copy of Certifificate of Registration of the said vehicle was lost and despite of diligent efforts exerted by the owner to locate the said LTO CR, it could no longer be found and considered as loss, executed this AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS CR WITH UNDERTAKING on June 18, 2021 and entered as per Doc. 206, Page No. 42, Book No. CXXIX, Series of 2021 of notarial registry of Atty. Benjamin B. Distura , a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz.
