Notice is hereby given that MA. CORAZON F. EASTON was the owner of one (1) unit of 2011 HYUNDAI TUCSON THETA II SUV motor vehicle with Plate YHR-595; Motor No. G4KDBU265267 and MV File No. 0760-00000201506, Serial No. KMHJU81BBBU248684 and CR No. 12506829. That the owner’s copy of Certificate of Registration of the said vehicle was lost and despite of diligent efforts exerted by the owner to locate the said CR, it could no longer found and considered as loss, executed this AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS (LTO CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION) on April 26, 2021 and entered as per Doc. 118, Page No. 25, Book No. CXIV, Series of 2021 of notarial registry of Atty. Judgee Earl Ross D. Del Castillo, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province Capiz.
