Notice is hereby given that MACBYRD AGRI-VENTURES INCORPORATION was the owner of one (1) unit 2016 ISUZU ELF ALUMINUM DROPSIDE motor vehicle with Motor No. 4HF1249470; MV File No. 0701-00000271669; Serial No. NPR66P7405012; Plate No. GCS-6913 and CR No. 197956301. That the owner’s copy of Certificate of Registration of the said vehicle was lost and despite of diligent efforts exerted by the owner to locate the said CR, it could no longer be found and considered as loss, executed this AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS (LTO CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION) on May 26, 2021 and entered as per Doc. 113, Page No. 48, Book No. CVII, Series of 2021 of notarial registry of Atty.
