Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPS. ISIDRO BENGARO, who died on
July 27, 1995 at Sta. Monica, Panay, Capiz and LOURDES BENUSA, who died on Nov. 4, 1992 at Metro Manila and SOFRONIO B. BENGARO, who died on Dec. 12, 2012 at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Central Sta. Cruz, Manila, has left a parcel of land located in Panay, Capiz, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.: T-1887, containing an area of 2,013 Sq.m. more or less. That, OSCAR B. BENGARO, hereby adjudicate upon himself as the legal heir of the decedent the aforementioned property, pursuant to law. Subject of Affidavit of Self-Adjudication before Atty. Paul Eduard A. Siapno, a notary public for and in the Province of Bulacan on ebruary 11, 2021 as per Doc. No. 130; Page No. 27; Book No. 149; Series of 2021.
