Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late DIONESIO DURIAS WHO DIED ON May 29, 1990 at Brgy. Calaagus Mambusao, Capiz and left a parcel of land known as Lot 4947, Psc-27, C-5 covered
by TCT No. P-8735, containing an area of 18,036 sq.m. more or less, situated at Brgy. Barangay Calaagus,
Mambusao Capiz. That the sole and surviving heir hereby adjudicate the said property solely as per Affidavit of Self-Adjudication executed by the heir on December 19, 2022 and Entered under the Notarial Registry of Atty. Winona Vee L. Ocaso, Notary Public for Mambusao and in the Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 142, Page No. 30, Book No. 1, Series of 2022.
