Notice is hereby given that the late ROSALIE BEGAS VILLAMOR who dies intestate on October on
October 6, 2023 at St. Anthony College Hospital, Roxas City, and left a SAVING ACCOUNT DEPOSIT at
Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI), Roxas Branch, Roxas City under Savings Account No. 001103-3925-
82 in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Two Pesos (P125,532.00) as
of October 18, 2023. As the only surviving heir of her late sister, MA. MARIDITH BEGAS VILLAMOR hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto hereself over the said Savings Account Deposit provided by Sec. 4 of Rule 74. Entered under the Notary Public of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas for Roxas City and province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 466, Page No. 95, Book No. CVI, series of 2023.
