Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ENRIQUE CAÑAS has been extra-judicially settled by and among his heir as per AFFIDAVIT OF SOLE HEIR WITH SALE executed on February 13, 2014 and entered as per Doc. 376, Page No. 76, Book No. VIII, Series of 2014 of notarial registry of Atty. Alberto L. Deslate, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz.
