The Barangay Planning and Budgeting Workshop for 2024 was
held on October 16-19 at Tapaz Civic Center.
Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar emphasized that the Barangay
Planning and Budgeting Workshop is a crucial moment in local
governance. “It’s a time when we unite to chart the course for
our barangay’s future,” he said.
Palomar said that the budget plan is a promise to build better
roads, improve healthcare, enhance education, boost local
livelihoods, and ensure a sense of belonging and unity within the
