The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) – Revenue District Office No. 72 informs all the taxpaying public on the implementation of the revised schedules of zonal values of real properties.
This is pursuant to Department Order No. 025-2021 duly approved by Secretary of Finance Carlos G. Dominguez through the recommendation of Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Cesar R. Dulay last October 6, 2021.
The same Department Order was published on October 16, 2021 in Manila Times and the effectivity is on October 31, 2021, which is 15 days from the date of the publication.
“The approved revised zonal value is used as basis for computation of internal revenue taxes. The last revision was August 1, 2014,” RDO No. 72 head Eralen B. De Aro said.
The approved revised schedule of Zonal Value can be accessed through the link https://www.bir.gov.ph/index. php/zonal-values.html#rdo072.
