ROXAS CITY — The 1st Governor’s Virtual Kabalaka Golden Pen and Journalism Summit was held from March 15-18.
The participants from the different schools presented their outputs for print, TV, and radio.
The outputs of the participants were also posted on the provincial government-run Facebook page, Capiz Kabalaka Information Center.
Provincial Administrator Edwin Monares said that the activity aims to promote responsible journalism.
Meanwhile, he said the province is planning to get a permit from the National Telecommunications Commission for its FM station, which would also be used for distance learning setup.*
