Sixteen Police Community Relations (PCR) personnel from the Capiz Police Provincial Office recently completed the 45-day competency training on Police Community Affairs and Development Course at Camp Apil in Roxas City.
The 45-day training course started on November 25, 2020.
The class were composed of 30 police officers
The closing ceremony held at the Capiz police provincial headquarters on March 9 was led by Col. Martin Defensor Jr., the chief regional staff of Police Regional Office-6, who represented Brig. Gen. Rolando Miranda, the police regional director.
During the ceremony, CMS Michael Pontoy of Aklan Police Provincial Office who ranked first in the Final Order of Merit received the Medalya ng Kasanayan; CPL Bonefe Estorque of Capiz police and CPL Julia Mellisa Tumaob of Aklan police received Medalya ng Papuri for ranking 2nd and 3rd in the Final Order of Merit, respectively, while PEMS Donna Borro-Asmod, the class president, received the Leadership Award.*
