CAPIZ Police Provincial Office ranked number 2 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month of October 2022 Region-wide with a total rating of 92.96% under the strong leadership of PCOL JEROME D AFUYOG, JR, the Officer-In-Charge.
The UPER System of the PNP is conceptualized as a standardized evaluation tool that shall be used in assessing the performance of the different PNP offices/units.
The OIC credited the good rating to all personnel of Capiz PPO who have strenuously performed their assigned task to achieve the objectives and targets of police provincial office.
“Empowering every PNP personnel is an effective tool for boosting their performance of duty and will result to operational efficiency of a given tasks”, PCOL AFUYOG said.
