Capiz ready for Covid-19 surge

CAPIZ Governor Fredenil Castro assures the people of Capiz that the provincial government is ready and well prepared for any surge of COVID-19 cases.
This came after the health forum held in all municipalities of the province led by the Capiz Provincial Health Office. In his message, he stated that he is bothered by the possible surge of COVID-19 that is beginning to take place in Manila and as well as the rising cases of dengue in the province and at the same time the possible entry of monkey pox in the country.
He stated that as preparation, the provincial government has purchased additional equipment at Roxas
Memorial Provincial Hospital. Castro urged the public to be wary of symptoms and to observe the necessary health protocols.
The said health forum was spearheaded by the Capiz Provincial Health officer Dr. Ramon Alex Nolasco.*
