Capiz Times is announcing the appointment of Marchel Espina as its chief editor.
Espina, a journalist based in Bacolod City, will take over the torch from Niño Manaog, who has been at the helm since 2015.
Manaog will continue to be with the paper as its columnist and contributor.
Capiz Times is grateful to Manaog for his service and for getting the paper through these difficult times over the years.
Likewise, the paper is also looking forward to working with its new editor as it wades through the challenges brought by the coronavirus pandemic.
