Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure under Act 3135, as amended, filed by the RBG IMPERIAL BANK, INC., (a Rural Bank) duly organized under Republic Act No. 7353 (Rural Bank Act of 1992) with principal office at BCB Building, Simon Ledesma St., Jaro, Iloilo City, herein represented by its General Manager, Margaret B. WHEREAS, the Public Auction Sale in this extra-judicial foreclosure case was originally scheduled last June 9, 2021, however the said auction sale was not conducted in view of Executive Order No. 16, Series of 2021 dated May 27, 2021, issued by Ronnie T. Dadivas, Roxas City Mayor declaring the City of Roxas under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine from June 1 to June 16, 2021 and further extended from June 17 to June 30, 2021 pursuant to Joint Resolution No. 012, Series of 2021 by the Regional Inter- Agency Task Force (RIATF) and Regional Task Force (RTF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases dated June 15, 2021, a resolution concurring the extension of Modified Enhance Community Quarantine (MECQ) in Roxas City, Capiz From June 17-30, 2021 and the Office Memorandum dated June 16, 2021 which mandated that Courts shall remain Physically closed for the duration of the MECQ and therefore suspending the scheduled auction, hence, this second notice of auction sale. “All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.” “In the event the above-stated public auction date is declared a holiday, or in case of fortuitous event such as typhoon, flood, or other unforeseen event, beyond the control of the officer conducting the sale, it shall be held on September 24, 2021, at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at the Ground Floor, (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City, Philippines, without further notice and re-publication.” Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the title of the herein described property and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
