Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Act 3135, as amended fi led by FIRST STANDARD FINANCE CORPORATION (Formerly First Standard Lending Corporation), a domestic corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with its Roxas City branch office located at G/F Cler Building, Brgy. Lawaaan, Roxas City, Capiz, represented in this act by its Offi cer-In-Charge, Roxas City Branch Willine C. Sabillo, of legal age, single and with address at G/F Cler Building, Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee against SPOUSES MONICA B. FIRMALINO and CLEMENTE C. FIRMALINO, JR. both of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy.
