Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Act 3135, as amended, filed by the FIRST STANDARD FINANCE CORPORATION (Formerly FIRST STANDARD LENDING CORPORATION), a domestic corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Phillippines, with branch office located at G/F Cler Bldg., Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, Philippines, herein represented by its Roxas City Branch Offi cer-In- Charge, Willine C. Sabillo, of legal age, Filipino and with address at First Standard Finance Corporation, G/F Cler Bldg., Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee against SPOUSES RONNIE A. BACOMO and MIA G. BACOMO, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Poblacion, Pres. Roxas, Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagors, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness of the mortgagors to the mortgagee which as of January 15, 2024 amounted to TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,448,000.00), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interest, penalty, charges, attorney’s fee and other litigation expenses per Statement of Account attached in the Petition, the undersigned Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Capiz, or thru her authorized deputy sheriff will sell at a public auction on March 19, 2024 at 2:00 o’çlock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City, Philippines, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the property hereunder described with all the improvements thereon, to wit:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 089-2013000667 “A parcel of land (Lot 2922-A-1-D-5-C, PSD-061913-025006,being a portion of Lot 2922-A-1-C-5, PSD-06191-024222), situated in the Poblacion (A. Bonifacio), Mun. of Pres. Roxas, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2922-A-1-C-5-B (Brgy. Road); on the SE., SW., AND NW., along line 2-3-4-1 by Lot 2922-A-1-C-5-F, both of this Subd. Survey. x x x x x. Containing an area of THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Xxx.
“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the abovestated date and time.”
“In the event the above-stated public auction date is declared a holiday, or in case of fortuitous event such as typhoon, flood, or other unforeseen event beyond the control of the officer conducting the sale, it shall be held on March 26, 2024, at 2:00 o’çlock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City without further notice and re-publication.”
