NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Act 3135, as amended, filed by the WESSCORP LENDING CO. INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the Philippine laws with branch office at San Roque St., Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines, herein represented by its Branch manager Josephine C. Celoso, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. Adlawan, Roxas City, Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, against SPOUSES LENY A. PARREÑAS and ERIC B. PARREÑAS, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Isagani St., Pontevedra, Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagors, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness of the mortgagors to the mortgagee, which as of April 5, 2021 amounted to FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS (Php 414, 835. 00) Philippine Currency, inclusive of accumulated interest plus six thousand pesos (Php 6, 000.00) incurred as Attorney’s fees for filing of the foreclosure to be shouldered by the mortgagors, the undersigned Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Capiz, or thru her Deputy Sheriff will sell at a public auction on August 27, 2021 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor, (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the properties hereunder described with all the improvements thereon, to wit:
