Upon Application for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Mortgage under Act 3135 as amended filed by BDO UNIBANK, INC., a universal corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at 33rd Floor, BDO Corporate Center Ortigas, No. 12 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City, represented by its Assistant Manager DENNIS R. PACOL, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at 33rd Floor, BDO Corporate Center Ortigas, No. 12 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, against SPOUSES MA.
