ALICANTE,
of legal age, married, and a resident of Legaspi Ilawod Street, Roxas City, per Secretary’s Certificate attached in the Petition, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, against ERLINDA DELFIN BELUSO of legal age, married to Ronito Beluso, Filipino, and a resident of Hemingway Street, Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagors, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness of the mortgagors to the mortgagee, which as of February 29, 2024 amounted to SIX HUNDRED FIFTEEN
