Upon Petition for Extra Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Act 3135 as amended filed by FIRST IMPERIAL BUSINESS BANK., (A RURAL BANK), duly organized under Republic Act No. 720, as amended, with principal office at BCB Bldg., Simon Ledesma St., Jaro, Iloilo City, herein represented by its General Manager MARGARET B. BARCE, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Block 55, Lot 5, NHA Subdivision, Bolilao, Manduriao, Iloilo City, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, against SPOUSES NINFA F. SALIGUMBA and REYNALDO T. SALIGUMBA and ANALYN B.
