Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage under Act 3135, as amended, filed by the BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS (SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST OF BPI FAMILY SAVINGS BANK, INC.), a universal banking corporation duly organized and validly existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at BPI Building, 6768 Ayala Avenue, corner Paseo de Roxas, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, and with branch office located at 2/F BPI Building, General Luna Highway, Iloilo City, Philippines, represented by its Assistant Manager, STEVEN G. FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR & 15/100 PESOS (Php 2,555,554.15), Philippine Currency, inclusive of interest, penalties and other charges, the undersigned Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Capiz, or thru her authorized
deputy sheriff will sell at a public auction on December 9, 2022 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City, Philippines, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the property hereunder described with all the improvements thereon, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 20 Block 26, Psd-06-063059, being a portion of Lot 1903, Capiz Cadastre Cad. 133), situated in the Barangay of Cagay, City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay. Bounded on the SW., along the line 1-2 by Lot 15; on the W., along line 2-3 by Lot 19; on the N., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 24 (10.00 M. Wide); ON THE E., along line 4-1 by Lot 21, all of this subdivision survey… x x x x x. Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX (176) SQUARE METERS, more or less. x x x.
“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated date and time.”
“In the event that the above-stated public auction date is declared a holiday, or in case of fortuitous such as typhoon, flood or other unforeseen event beyond the control of the officer conducting the sale, it shall be held on December 16, 2022 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City, without further notice and republication.”
