Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage
under Act 3135, as amended fi led by the MORTGAGEE, CHINA BANK
SAVINGS, INC., a banking corporation duly organized and existing
under Philippine laws, with principal place of business at CBS Building,
No. 314 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, herein represented by
its Senior Assistant Vice President BRENDA S. SANTIAGO, Filipino,
of legal age, with offi ce address at CBS Building, No. 314 Sen. Gil J.
Puyat Avenue, Makati City, against SPOUSES ABNER C. BRETAÑA
AND EVA B. BRETAÑA, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with
known address at Barangay Malag-it, Pontevedra, Capiz, hereinafter
referred to as the mortgagors to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness of the
mortgagors to the mortgagee which as of June 30, 2023 amounted to ONE
MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 03/100 CENTAVOS
(Php. 1,383,137.03), Philippine Currency, inclusive of interest, penalties
and other charges, as shown in the statement of account attached in the
Petition, the undersigned Provincial Sheriff Ex-Offi cio of Capiz or thru her
Deputy Sheriff will sell at a public auction on September 22, 2023 at 2:00
o’clock in the afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby) Hall of Justice,
Roxas City, Philippines, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine
Currency, the property hereunder described with all the improvements
