In compliance with Section 5 R.A No. 10172, notice is hereby served to the public that CHERYLE ABUCAY ESCARNUELA has filed with this office a petition for correction of Child’s Sex from “FEMALE” to “MALE” in the Birth Certificate of CHERYLE ABUCAY ESCARNUELA who was born June 2, 1980 at Brgy. Talon, Roxas City, Capiz, and whose parents were Abelardo A. Escarnuela and Erlinda Abucay.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
