DILLO has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First Name from “RYCHARD RICHARD” to “RICHARD” and correction of Child’s Middle Name and Mother’s Last Name from “LOS” to “LUZ” in Birth Certificate of RYCHARD RICHARD LOS DILLO born on Feb. 15, 1977 at Liong, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Leonardo Dillo and Nenita Los.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
